I’ve messaged you via E-Mail on the 28th of November that I have a double billing issue. At the time, I had an every trial subscription running.
Before that, I signed up to Sparkle and subscribed to the trial. I only connected my Every Account to Sparkle after the fact. Now I cannot access my billing and am getting charged $10/month. Every time I log in to Sparkle on the web, it takes me to my Every Account settings where I cannot access the Sparkle subscription.
Please refund the last two months of Sparkle. I've notified you about the issue around a month ago and have not gotten a response.
