Refund Request

I sign in to Sparkle with Apple ID and the “Hide email” option. Now it is impossible to me to sign in again to Sparkle, Every or even here. I didn’t receive a notification for the end of the free trial period and the start of the paid one (this is mandatory in Europe) so I discover the payement from my bank account. No email, nothing. I want a refund since I do not use the app and I wasn’t notified.
